Civilian vehicles

These will still need to follow basic rules based on their combat counterparts however they can ignore some of those rules:

	* Civilian ships don't have to follow prop restrictions like their combat counterparts
	* Civilian planes don't have to follow vtol restrictions and can have thrust in all directions.

Description

This is a SE naval server aiming to focus on fun while also keeping some order in the chaos with a reasonable ruleset.
The rules are designed to keep a bit of order and push engineers to design ships that aren’t just floating blocks stacked with guns.

Ship Classes

Each faction has access to a certain amount of ships per class, this goes for ships currently active in the world. Your quantum hangar can have spares for these classes and are not counted in the overall faction limits.

Just because you have access to a certain amount total ships, that doesn't mean you should have the full amount out in the world. During peace time keep ships that aren't being used hangered up.

Structure/ship Limits

To avoid structure spam and just factions spamming large amounts of massive ships we put some limits in place to keep things a little balanced.
Structure limits Ship Limits 1x Main Base
4x forts
6x Outposts 2x Aircraft Carrier

Territory

Territory is based on countries, you faction can claim unclaimed countries in the territory-claims channel. Once claimed you are required to build a structure on the claimed land to solidify the claim. This can either be a fort, outpost or a main base. If you want to claim a country that is already claimed you will have to declare war on the faction that owns the country.
